VISION
We aim to develop a prominent artistic brand with altruistic partners that derive value from provenance, authenticity, and community in order to create a sustainable and equitable collection of art that can inspire culture through commerce, and the continual conservation of nature.
INSPIRATION
There are over 500 species of shark, 143 of these are under direct threat from human activity. Sharks have been around for over 400 million years, long before dinosaurs. By tracking sharks, BeneaththeWaves.org, on oceanic research and conservation not-for-profit organization, has discovered underwater forest beds that help create oxygen and absorb carbon from the ocean. In addition, the world's largest ecosystem is being threatened by the 8 million pieces of plastic pollution that end up in the ocean daily.

A new communal approach to shark conservation through art collecting founded by Miripolsky and form-u.la.

3D hand-painted immersive, blacklight, underwater art exhibition by Debi Cable that introduces audiences to new technologies and ocean conservation.
WHO IS MIRIPOLSKY?
Andre Miripolsky (born 1951) is an American pop artist based in Los Angeles, California. His career began with the design of Elton John's piano jacket in 1980, and is best known for his "Fear No Art" button, album covers, the Miripolsky Barbie, and Absolut Vodka illustrations. He also painted the backdrops for the Tonight Show hosted by Jay Leno.
Miripolsky was born in Paris, France in 1951. His father was Bert Miripolsky, also an artist and the cultural advisor for the American Foreign Service. He attended the California Institute of the Arts where he honed his style. However, he left the institution after two years and briefly pursued an acting career before dedicating himself to visual art full-time.
After his acting stint, Miripolsky became a full-time artist through the creative work he did for Elton John, most notably the "piano jacket" which the musician wore at his 1980 Central Park Concert. This ultimately led to working with other musicians including Cheap Trick, Bette Midler, Quincy Jones, Rolling Stones and Tatsuro Yamashita. He created brand imagery for Bud Light, Mattel, Spago, Superior grocers, and other global markets.
WHO IS DEBI CABLE?
Debi Cable’s hand-painted fluorescent murals create immersive, architectural environments enhanced by her signature Black-light 3D Glasses, which explode the masterpieces into a visual carnival for your eyes, imagination, and Instagram feed. A former resident of the world-famous DTLA Brewery Art Colony, Cable is as active in promoting art as she is creating it -- co-founding and curating Pershing Square's Art Squared Gallery, and acting as the Burning Man Regional Arts Director for LA. Debi Cable's 3D Art Gallery has been featured at music and art festivals around America including the Lancaster Museum, Beverly Hills Art Show, Lightning in a Bottle, Electric Daisy Carnival, YouTube, Beyond Wonderland. Each year it gets bigger and trippier than ever. Debi Cable 3D's installations will create a photogenic love-fest for all who enter her black light experiences.
WHO IS RAVIN?
Ravin Dave is a multimedia artist and producer of visual and audio content focused on system design, sustainable production and circular economics. Ravin is a partner at form-u.la and creative director for iHollywood Film Festival, SIM Dogs, and executive director of Holotopia, SharkTales Art and Aquaverse Art. Dave's background includes a decade as an independent DJ and producer, and a decade of experience working for Heineken, Diageo, and Church & Dwight as a digital integration strategist developing and managing national consumer campaigns.
WHO IS DAN GINZBURG?
Dan is a founder of Humans Social Movement - a platform for like-minded spiritual individuals to share their knowledge with others open to spirituality. Dan is also an attorney in the state of California, a consultant for lawyers, a speaker, a writer, a professional calisthenics athlete and founder of Double Reality Gallery, the world’s first Virtual / Augmented Reality Gallery.
WHO IS BENEATH THE WAVES?
Beneath The Waves, founded in 2013 as a non-profit organization is dedicated to promoting ocean health and using science and technology to catalyze ocean policy. Beneath the Waves specifically focuses on threatened species conservation and marine protected areas, with a deep affinity for sharks.
Beneath The Waves research creates the conservation evidence needed to inform broad-scale and region-specific ocean policies, while also providing solutions to new or emerging conservation challenges.
WHO IS META CARBON?
Meta Carbon was founded in 2021 with a mission to use blockchain to bring transparency and fun to carbon offsetting. Meta Carbon sources carbon offsets from various REDD+ projects around the world and mostly from Verra Registered projects with a focus on Sustainable Development Goals.
WHO IS STAND FOR TREES?
The seed for Stand For Trees was planted several years ago when our environmentalist founders kept hearing the same questions from a mix of folks, such as, "How necessary are the actions of one individual in a world of billions of people? And I want to help, but what steps do I needs to take to lower my carbon footprint?" Through our platform, it is possible to take real action to stop forests loss: the number one cause of species extinction and the second-leading cause of planet-warming CO2 emissions globally. We a 501c3 that enables individuals and businesses to be part of this solution by harnessing the power of carbon offsets.
