We aim to develop a prominent artistic brand with altruistic partners that derive value from provenance, authenticity, and community in order to create a sustainable and equitable collection of art that can inspire culture through commerce, and the continual conservation of nature.

There are over 500 species of shark, 143 of these are under direct threat from human activity. Sharks have been around for over 400 million years, long before dinosaurs. By tracking sharks, BeneaththeWaves.org, on oceanic research and conservation not-for-profit organization, has discovered underwater forest beds that help create oxygen and absorb carbon from the ocean. In addition, the world's largest ecosystem is being threatened by the 8 million pieces of plastic pollution that end up in the ocean daily.

A new communal approach to shark conservation through art collecting founded by Miripolsky and form-u.la.

3D hand-painted immersive, blacklight, underwater art exhibition by Debi Cable that introduces audiences to new technologies and ocean conservation.

Andre Miripolsky (born 1951) is an American pop artist based in Los Angeles, California. His career began with the design of Elton John's piano jacket in 1980, and is best known for his "Fear No Art" button, album covers, the Miripolsky Barbie, and Absolut Vodka illustrations. He also painted the backdrops for the Tonight Show hosted by Jay Leno

Miripolsky was born in Paris, France in 1951. His father was Bert Miripolsky, also an artist and the cultural advisor for the American Foreign Service. He attended the California Institute of the Arts where he honed his style. However, he left the institution after two years and briefly pursued an acting career before dedicating himself to visual art full-time.

After his acting stint, Miripolsky became a full-time artist through the creative work he did for Elton John, most notably the "piano jacket" which the musician wore at his 1980 Central Park Concert. This ultimately led to working with other musicians including Cheap Trick, Bette Midler, Quincy Jones, Rolling Stones and Tatsuro Yamashita. He created brand imagery for Bud Light, Mattel, Spago, Superior grocers, and other global markets.

The seed for Stand For Trees was planted several years ago when our environmentalist founders kept hearing the same questions from a mix of folks, such as, "How necessary are the actions of one individual in a world of billions of people? And I want to help, but what steps do I needs to take to lower my carbon footprint?" Through our platform, it is possible to take real action to stop forests loss: the number one cause of species extinction and the second-leading cause of planet-warming CO2 emissions globally. We a 501c3 that enables individuals and businesses to be part of this solution by harnessing the power of carbon offsets.
